Designed for the organized DIY bride who wants to enjoy her day without managing it. This is designed to ensure a successful event and that you still feel supported throughout your planning.

For the DIY bride who wants expert guidance without in-person coordination. We go over all your plans to ensures every aspect is thought through to be set up for success. I recommend having whoever will be assisting you day-of to join us on these calls!
Includes:
• Three 1-hour sessions to be used at any point in your planning process.
• Access to planning & coordination templates
• Vendor recommendations
• Personalized feedback & troubleshootingStarting at $500
You can always upgrade to Partial Planning or Coordination for a discount!
Our Process
CONNECT
We meet virtually for 30–60 minutes to get to know each other and talk through your vision. I’ll learn what matters most to you, and walk you through the packages so we can determine the best level of support.
This is where we make sure we’re aligned on personality, expectations, & goals.
COMMIT
After our call, I’ll send over a customized proposal and contract tailored to your event.
Once your signed agreement and 20% retainer are received, your date is officially reserved — and the planning begins!
CREATE
This looks different for every package, but this is where your vision starts coming to life. All with the goal of creating an event that feels intentional, and aligns with your vision of what you want this event to truly feel & look like.
CELEBRATE
Now all the hard work is done — your vision is fully realized, and all that’s left for you to do is enjoy the day! Every detail comes together to create a seamless, joyful, unforgettable celebration.

POLICIES
Retainer & Booking: A non-refundable 25% retainer is required to secure your event date. No date is reserved without a signed contract and paid retainer.
Event Date Changes: In the event you choose to change your event date after booking, availability for the new date is not guaranteed. Your original date was specifically reserved for you, and other inquiries may have been declined. If I am available for your new date, a new retainer may be required to secure it. If I am unavailable, this agreement will be considered canceled and subject to the cancellation terms below.
Cancellation Policy: If the event is canceled for any reason, all retainers are non-refundable. Additionally, a prorated cancellation fee may apply based on:
The amount of planning completed
The proximity to the event date
Services already rendered
This ensures compensation for time, administrative work, and planning already invested.
Rehearsal Requirement: All in-person wedding planning and coordination packages require a rehearsal to ensure seamless execution.
Travel Policy: Pricing includes travel within one hour of my home in the Kansas City, KS area. Events located beyond one hour will incur an additional travel fee. Events located more than two hours away require travel payment and lodging accommodations.
Final Payment: Final balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.
